Quality

All castings will undergo dimensional inspection and visual inspection.

For products with mechanical properties and other requirements, we will conduct magnetic particle inspection, x-ray inspection, etc. according to customer requirements, and provide test reports.

Size inspection	check whether the shape and size of the casting meet the requirements
Visual inspection	check whether the casting has casting defects
Physical and chemical testing	check the chemical composition of the casting, metallographic structure, whether the mechanical properties meet the requirements
